KT, the youngest brother of Trevor, was a "late baby"  his mother having him when she was 42 years old. KC and Spectre Jr. seemed to really enjoy bonding with him and pushing him around in a stroller and other playtime activities. Trevor had to admit he was a mite jealous since he has to had to live during a time period when Spectre, Jr and KC (following his role model's direction) "selling" Trevor by tying him up on a post outside the rural town and the "creamery lady" finding Trevor to release his type of bondage!

However, this is KT's story and it is an amazing one.

Mom was extremely frightened when during spring high water run-off she could not find KC and because of the tall spring grass thought he had drowned. Finally after recruiting the rest of the kids to look for him he was found sleeping in the tall grass with no danger involved.

KT apparently enjoyed walking home with Trevor (KT in elementary school and Trevor in High school wince they were 7 years apart in age). Trevor really never knew this at the time but was told by a fiance that this was the case.

I suppose in the survival mode that the remaining four member family was executing (KC and Spectre Jr. being out of state, on a mission or at college) it was a miracle that KC did as well as he did.

KT was very creative and caring (except for the times he was under the influence of drugs when he pawned various article to get money). He was an excellent painter, took care of dogs including a beloved Husky and loved going to the farm down south.

In the "old days", when trains ran from the big city down through the rural farm land in central and southern Utah, Trevor remembers that KT couldn't pronounce "freight train" (seeing one go by as the fam commuted between the City and Rural farm) and sang "trait train trait train going so fast".

This all reminds Trevor of the "way before internet age" when games were played to pass the time during the 2.5 to 3 hour car ride (no freeways back then). They included "On my way to Africa" which everyone would take a turn , and in order of the alphabet , have to remember the entire list and add one at the end of the list with the next alphabet letter.  Also looking at license plates for numbers or out of state markings was part of the exercise.

There was no air conditioning back then even in cars and even through open car windows and sweating, the kids would kneel down with knees on the back seat floor board and head on the bench car seats and take a nap.
